Welcome to the Summer 2023 Edition of Weber's Chosen Odyssey! After returning from our May trip east (www.weberschosenodyssey@blogspot.com), we have loved our new setup with a full-sized SUV and a 26' Rockwood Mini-Lite with a Murphy bed and huge ourdoor kitchen!  This edition features four adventures from late June through mid August.  We were exhausted, but blessed, and did not look forward to returning to the Texas heat! 1. Inks Lake State Park, Burnet, Texas.  June 7-9.   This is a delightful state park about an hour NW of the Austin metroplex.   Great water and fun with our friends Dave and Donna Sommers and our son John and his girlfriend Kayce Rae Bryant. We love the water! Inks features a small cliff behind us.  Kids love to jump off! Hello Friends,  Our last blog on July 20 concluded with the remarkable Crater Lake in southern Oregon.    As of today, Sept 8, t he Lord has given us many more wonderful experiences around Christian community, natural beauty and weather!    This blog picks up from the gorgeous Oregon coast, Christian community in Portland, more wonders of OR, WA, Grand Teton and Yellowstone parks and Cody, WY.   We praise God for the majesty and splendor of His creation.  Can anyone imagine how much more glorious Heaven will be for believers? Blessings of His creation on the Road As an anecdote to the ugliness in politics these days, we have come to appreciate the beauty of America's widely varied topographical changes we see along the way as well as the friendliness of strangers.    The beauty of the country is a testimony to the Glory of God, the Creator.   Romans 1:20 says "For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have clearly perceived, ever since the cre
